They claimed to have a professional HVAC employee(s) come out and replace the unit in the closet & the one outside. It still doesn’t always reach the temp I set it to. I always have to turn on my A/C, wait about 5 minutes, turn it off and back on, and most of the time it reaches my typical 68 degrees while I sleep. It’s been like this since I moved almost 3 years ago.
